Alessio Ciulli awarded International Chemical Biology Society (ICBS), 2015 Young Chemical Biologist Award

Dr. Alessio Ciulli has been awarded the International Chemical Biology Society (ICBS), 2015 Young Chemical Biologist Award for his accomplishments as a young chemical biologist, his ground-breaking contributions to chemical biology, and his promise as a future leader to serve the chemical biology community.
 
The ICBS has established a special session at the Annual Conference to showcase up-and-coming chemical biology scientists and to advance the career development of young investigators in chemical biology.  As an ICBS2015 awardee, Dr. Ciulli was invited to give a presentation during the special “Rising Stars in Chemical Biology” session on 8 October 2015, entitled “Achieving intra-BET selectivity of BET bromodomain chemical probes: bump-and hole and PROTAC approaches”. 

Dr. Ciulli will continue to work with the ICBS to promote chemical biology for the global community.
